Born 1976 in Knysna, a small town in the Southern Cape, South Africa – I always had a sense of calling and purpose on my life. Fortunate to grow up with loving parents, a local gathering of believers and a company of women around me, as I matured this calling became stronger over the years – something burning in my soul that I could not deny or walk away from.

As I stayed faithful and serving the Godly woman I admired over the years, I began to develop a passion for reaching out to broken woman, equipping and empowering them with knowledge and tools needed to journey towards all that God has called them to be – whole in spirit, soul and body, delivered from rejection/fear/emotional hurts and empowered to work towards their dreams by understanding their potential.

Fit for a Queen was born in 2018. We started with informal gatherings of 10-15 women on a bi-weekly basis and found that many times just by being able to gather and share can bring a form of healing.

Through technology we can reach more women and younger girls, therefore fulfilling our mandate and call to reach and impact as many women as possible.
